What are Pathtags?

Pathtags are user-created, high-quality metal tags that are often used as trading items.
The precise dimensions of Pathtags are 23mm in diameter and 2.0mm thick. They are made from a solid iron base and are plated in a protective-colored plating of either silver, gold, copper, or black nickel.

These tags are custom designed by their owners and often reflect an interest, characteristic, or unique quirk about themselves. For example, many people design their Pathtags based on their Geocaching name.

While they are used most often in Geocaching, Pathtags have found their way into a whole host of places like Scouting, Military, Schools, Clubs, and more. They are generally used as personal “signature items” for Geocaching or other trade items.

Each tag has a unique serial number on the reverse side. This serial number allows you to enjoy to log
the pathtag.

If you don’t feel up to the challenge, we will help you by producing your design for a small fee.
